The hotel is quiet and housed in a nice building. It has super-friendly, pleasant staff. The location is favourable and absolutely perfect, 2 miles from Coconut Palms. They have a great restaurant, that was a definite bonus. I would stay here again, loved my really really nice stay.

A kitchen area and a small balcony in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Exceptional view of the beach. Amazing location close to FOR TRIP AND OCEAN, early morning on the beach was breath taking others guest were welcoming, and good restaurants and very-very nice staff.

It made my trip to New Smyrna Beach an awesome experience. The hotel was perfect, the staff where great and personable. The place had a special atmosphere. I loved the room and its comfortable decor.

The room was recently refurbished, updated with a tv. A kitchen area and a small balcony were available in the room.

The beachfront motel offers ocean views from balconies and a convenient location. Guests can enjoy the sound of waves and watch rockets blast off from nearby Cape Canaveral. The pool is spacious and there is a kiddie pool for young children. The room with a small kitchen and living room provides an at-home feeling for guests.

The hotel offers a wide range of food that was great. The property has a perfectly comfortable location close to stores and restaurants. It offers great service.

The ocean. Had a cockroach in my coffee packet. That grossed me out. Told staff. They did not offer to do any thing with my bill, like a small price reduction. So that would make me NOT likely to recommend to others. Other then that. It was a nice place. Great location on beach, and close to Flagler Ave.

Would come here again for the location, it was marvellous and beautiful. This small hotel offers a wide range of well-maintained rooms. Everyone who works in the venue is superfriendly and pleasant. The restaurant is great, serves excellent dishes.

Marvellous location as only 5 minutes to Our Lady Star of the Sea. Big rooms with a balcony available. Easy check in and late check out;)))

Units with a view. The location was great and stunning for exploring this relaxing area, so close to early morning on the beach was breath taking others guest were welcoming and stores and restaurants and beach and restaurants.

We got an amazing deal for our money, with a cozy room that had a small kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The view from our patio was stunning, and being so close to the beach was a dream come true. The staff treated us with utmost kindness and friendliness, making our stay truly enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options available.

The bed was way too soft, I got up every morning with a back ache. It was advertised as ocean front but after getting there I had a highway front room with no view from the balcony but a wall.

Location

Staff was not friendly. We had two cars and they refused to give us two parking passes. The staff stated that they only had one parking space per room and that our second car had to park across the street. There were multiple parking spaces available the entire evening. Lady at the front was rude and inflexible. Will not stay again and I am a frequent traveler to the area.
